Green tea

It’s nearly impossible to find a person who hasn’t heard about the amazing health benefits of green tea. It is known for its light, refreshing taste and one can consume it multiple times a day without falling into the hands of side effects.

Also known for its high antioxidant content, it aids to improve your immunity system. Almost every age group (preferably teenage) can have this drink at least once a day to reap its positive benefits. So, if you are not having this drink daily, you probably should start including it.

Fat-reduced milk

People who have a habit of drinking a glass of milk daily receive all the nutrients needed for the body. As milk contains essential elements like vitamin D, protein, carbohydrate, and a little bit of fat (if it’s fat-reduced milk), it’s the perfect drink when you are having a hunger pang.

It helps your tummy stay full for a longer time. In other words, it helps people to maintain their weight.

Soy milk

If you don’t prefer the taste of cow milk, then soy milk is a better alternative. It contains fibre, protein and helps in reducing LDL fats in your body (which means low cholesterol levels).

Always prefer having soy milk with vitamin D and calcium (available in the market) to compensate for the vitamins available in natural milk. However, care should be taken about soy milk as it increases the risk of breast cancer. Talk to your doctor and then proceed forward.
